Cancellation Instructions

Tournament Cancellations can be made by calling (516) 470-9706 and following the instructions.
- Tournament cancellations received prior to 5:00 P.M. on June 27th will not be charged. Cancellations received after the deadline will be charged the full entry fee. Email confirmations will be sent and should be retained for your records. If you DO NOT receive an email within 48 hours, please contact the Piping Rock Club Front Desk at (516) 676-2332.
